Dalkey House, Dublin
Working with Richard Murphy Architects and M&P Construction Ltd as main contractor we developed this complex and beautiful design for a house that steps down a steep slope overlooking Dublin Bay.
East Lothian House
From 2019 we have been working with Craig Amy Architects on the design of an amazing house in East Lothian. Mcleod Aitken have been the Quantity Surveyors on a house being built by HM Raitt.
Hart Street House
In 2016 Hart Street House won Grand Designs House of the Year. Designed by Richard Murphy for Richard Murphy this house came with numerous challenges. 6 Different floor levels, 3m retaining walls and stone windows being just a few of the elements we had to deal with.
Main Contractor was Inscape Joinery who have worked on many RMA buildings
Merchiston Park
Morningside Park was designed by Allan Murray Architects for Allan Murray. John Dennis were main contractor on this two storey project.
The structure being a mix of SIPS and steel frame
Elie House
Hanson Architects from London asked us to get involved with Elie House in 2015. A steel framed house with lots of interesting features. Dispite the client loosing the first contractor the works were finally completed by AGB Scotland Ltd in 2017.

Orchard Neuk
Having worked with Matt Johnson in previous companies we were delighted to be asked to help him realise this funky house near Melrose in the Scottish Borders.
Main Contractor was Ainslie Contracting Ltd.
Rescobie Summer House
Having worked with Kris Grant when he worked for Richard Murphy Architects we were delighted that he asked us to get involved with a summer house near Brechin.
In 2023 it won the Supreme Architecture Award at the Dundee Institution of Architects.

Strathaven Airfield House
Following on from various other projects with Richard Murphy Architects we were asked to be involved with this very interesting house on the top of a hill at Strathaven Airfield. Filmed for Grand Designs
A family home and control tower as one!
Hope Terrace House
Having worked on Allan Murray’s own house we were delighted to be asked to help on this design for private clients in the Grange, Edinburgh.

Bath Street Tenement
Working with John Kinsley Architects we developed this 4 storey cross laminated timber framed building in Portabello.
HMRaitt were Main Contractor and the project won the Edinburgh Architecture Association “Wood Award ” for 2018.
3-5 Circus Lane, Edinburgh
Working with Dugald Skene Architects we developed this 2 storey building in one of the prettiest streets in Edinburgh.
A difficult inner city site with some challenging boundary conditions.
Carlsson Properties were Main Contractor and the project won the Edinburgh Architecture Association “Medium Sized Project ” for 2024.
