Banking Groups
Over the past 10 years we have worked on a number of refurbishment projects for various Banking Groups.
TSB – Sunderland
Working with Alistair Hawkins Architects and Reid Mitchell as Project Managers, we renovated the main Sunderland branch of TSB incorporating a new lift and various other alterations to the concrete framed building.
A complicated £2m refit whilst the bank was kept open.
Virgin Money – Edinburgh
Working with Alistair Hawkins Architects we renovated the flagship store for Virgin Money on George Street Edinburgh.
Yorkshire Bank – Leeds
Working with Alistair Hawkins Architects we gutted the main branch building in the centre of Leeds and gave it a major overhaul.
Reid Mitchell were Project Managers.
Yorkshire Bank – Blackpool
Working with Alistair Hawkins Architects we were asked to help upgrade a 1960’s concrete frame building with infilling un-used staircases and rationalising poorly used space.
