Co-op
Since 2011 we have been working with the Co-Operative Group on numerous projects from Stromness to Melrose.
Co-Op Fraserburgh
This was our first project with the Co-Op and would say how much we enjoyed the collaboration with all the parties involved.
Architects were Tinto Architecture with Axiom as P.M./Q.S. Andrew Cowie were Main Contractor.
Co-Op Stromness
One of our favourite jobs and on an island that we never saw rain or high winds!
Main Contractor was Casey Construction for this portal framed building with Tinto Architecture as Architects.
Co-Op Aberfeldy
This project was particularly complicated. This was an old car garage site with contamination, retaining walls to some sides and poor drainage connections whilst we also had to keep the petrol station live next door.
Tinto Architecture were Architects on this site built by McLaughlin and Harvey
Co-Op Tranent
This project even managed to keep the original store live for the majority of the build.
With Graeme Harley as Architects
Co-Op Newington
Another awkward site requiring a new lift to take goods from the basement to ground floor.
Architects were Kerr Baxter Associates on a project built by Morris and Spottiswood.
