Galeri, Caernarfon
Create Engineering were asked by Richard Murphy Architects to get involved with phase II of the Galeri in Caernarfon, dispite not having worked on the original scheme.
A £3.5m development with 2 cinemas and numerous back of house requirements for the Galeri team.
R.L.Davies Ltd were Main Contractor.
DBS / GOFFS Doncaster
Back in 2006 we were asked in conjunction with RMJM Architects to develop a new horse racing sales centre in Doncaster for DBS, who have since merged with Goffs of Ireland.
This large development included a main sales centre, various ancillary buildings and hundreds of horse stables.
The Rennaissance Golf Clubhouse, East Lothian
Having worked with Jerry Sarvadi on resolving a number of SEPA issues within the estate, we were asked to design the new clubhouse in conjunction with Yeoman McAllister Architects.
Ogilvie Construction were Main Contractor.
Delighted for Jerry that after a few hard years it was given The Scottish Open to run.
Port Edgar Sea Cadets Facility
Working with Oliver and Robb Architects, we delivered a new training and hospitality building for the Sea Cadets at Port Edgar near Edinburgh.
Thomson Gray were Quantity Surveyors with Fleming Build as Main Contractor.
7 Lochside Avenue, Edinburgh
Working with 3D Reid Architects, we carried out a major overhaul to a large office block at the Gyle Park in Edinburgh.
Main works included, infilling the atrium, re-cladding the facades and installing new internal drainage.
The work was for Danobe Securities with Redside Property Consultants as P.M., Rybka as M&E and Sharkeys as Main Contractor
Fountainbridge House, Edinburgh
Working with AMA Studio Architects, we carried out a major renovation to a Unite Students building in Edinburgh.
Work involved creating a new student social area on the ground floor requiring numerous slappings to open up the original cellular masonry structure.
Main Contractor was Project Interiors
23 Lauriston Street, Edinburgh
Working with AMA Studio Architects, we are working on a very interesting refurbishment of a large office block in Edinburgh.
Building Services are PMcCaul with Whitebridge Ventures as client, Jensen Hughes as Fire Engineers and Tommy McNamara and Partners as Q.S.
Unit 8 Pentland Industrial Estate
Working with GJ Architecture, we completed a new portal framed shed which has now been rented by Howden’s.
Client was Southwark Project Management.
32 Melville Street
Working with Block 9 Architects, we are working on a refurbishment of a full townhouse for Abercastle Property Holdings Ltd.
